In the Seraglio's Garden 7:30pm
Saturday, 20th June 2020, St Mary's Church, Thame
In the lofty chapel of Exeter College we present a celebration of the sight, scent and sensuality of flowers. We give flowers for love and in thanks, to decorate a wedding and to honour a death. A varied programme includes Britten: Five flower songs, Whitacre: Three flower songs, Stenhammar: Three choral ballads and music by Chilcott, Finzi, Schumann, Tchaikovsky, Todd and the delicious English madrigalists of the Sixteenth and Nineteenth Centuries.
Tickets are available online, in person, or on the door
